The Prospering Together Community Strategic Plan for all of Stephenson County is the result of a county-wide planning effort involving hundreds of people from all walks of public and private life. Based on substantial community input, it includes elements that address the top three priorities that were identified by participants: Economic Health, Community Vitality, and Caring About People. Underscoring the entire plan is the importance of everyone working together, which was established by participants as a crucial change that needs to happen and a very important aspect of a positive future.
